beachgal - You showed a lot of strength, depledging when you realized you didn't feel at home.
I agree that you shouldn't bring up the question of having depledged, but if you're asked, there's no reason to lie - just tell them what you told us - it wasn't the right fit for you.
I'm sure I don't have to tell you this
but say it tactfully - "it wasn't the right fit" is a lot better and more mature of an answer than "they sucked"
and for all you know, your rusher's best friend might be in the house you depledged from.
Do you have to visit the sorority you depledged from during round 1? I've learned from GC that at some schools you can ask to wait outside during that one party - just because it would be too awkward.
