you do and you don't...because our greek system is so small, our formal recruitment only lasts for 4 days before bid day, while some schools start their rush in the summer. sometimes i like it and sometimes i don't.
the average size of sororities on my campus is around 20-25. currently alpha phi has 32 or 35 i wanna say and dphie has like 26-28, but we're by far the biggest. some of our locals have like 12-14 members and that's pretty average for them.
