Themed Bar Mitzvahs? Now that's new. Mine sucked in comparison - at a synagogue and a reception at a 4 seasons hotel...lol.
When I was in Israel, a member of the group (30 jewish teens from omaha) recieved a 'suprise' bar-mitzvah at the western wall...he had not been bar-mitzvahed and the group co-ordinators and his parents planned a bar-mitzvah at the wall for him....that was awesome. (Especially the crazy old man giving blessings and then asking for some sheckels
)
