I dont know about that, but I do know that he could probably very well be alumni initiated into both, especially if theres a situation where Sigma Chi isnt at UH, or he has a close affilitation with the DU's; maybe a son or something is one. Remember, contrary to most NPC wisdom about how our system works, and our own ignorance, dual memberships do happen at the alumni level. Mostly for policital or financial reasons. Some groups who have general policies aganst dual memberships are more than willing to grant exceptions if a potential alumni initiate has a lot of time or money or prestige he can lend to the org.
