I have been to the Lambda house, we used their house for initiation, and they were SUPER sweet, whenever I am in Berkley I try and stop by and say hi to the girls there. Also for a while our girls and Beta Psi (SJSU) were hanging out a lot so we were out there often and kicked it with them all the time. I am not sure that Eta Theta has a house but.... the girls there are really nice, one year, I think it was fall 2001 we went and helped them rush, and in return for our pref nite, they came back to help us out. That's why I like being a Bay Area chapter there are SOOOOO many sisters around you just don't know what to do with yourself. I wonder are any other chapters like that as well. I mean are there other chapters out there who are in an area where there are lots of A. Phi chapters around?
