spoiling hubby lol. he has this 'man room' plan, and asked me to stitch something for him a couple years ago. it was huge and took like 5 months to finish, then he decided to torture me again. had to be (about) the same size, related to hunting. yeah. so, i found this kit on ebay for a norman rockwell xstitch. dummy me didn't bid on it and missed out. showed him the picture in the completed auction. HE went and begged me to find it somewhere else. of course, i did. sooo.... i am now trying to finish this stinkin norman rockwell of a man and his hunting dog companion. i'm sure it will look great when it's finished, but ugh. i started it maybe 3 months ago, and it's just now 1/2 finished. in one of my (many) late nights recently, i noticed that the stupid dog isn't lining up w/ the rest of the piece, and I SO don't want to take 1/2 of it out! hence the desire to toss it aside. of course, it may be easily fixed, but i can't bring myself to look at it any more.
