I think that recruitment just might be where that "cookie cutter sorority girl" image comes from. And yes, it's very hard to find a style that everyone is going to look good in, but a good recruitment chair will have alternatives for the people who are either uncomfortable, or don't fit into the chosen clothing. and hopefully, your recruitment chair will also have some kind of fashion sense!
