I think that Black women with "big asses" would have gotten more attention if they were marketed to the masses the same way Jennifer Lopez has been. Perhaps if more of the people who were trying to appeal to the masses were willing to learn another language so that they can be marketed to another country, they may have had a portion of the success that Jennifer Lopez has seen. If a girl who could sing and act and dance (at least so a combination of all of them) and could walk outside and say to the audience "po la tha in thra la ma na na to ta la" then she might be just as big if not bigger.
