I have been flipping back and forth... I didn't know Halle turned down Gigli. The interviewer told J-lo that she should thank Halle for turning down the role, which lead to her meeting Ben. J-lo was like..."oh yeah, I should send her a note..."
Anyway, the problem I have with the entire J-lo phenom is that after all the years when Big ASSES were not COOL (fat, jiggly, etc) (ie Black women), the media has found it to be the BEST THING since slice bread. Whatever! I guess it's not J-lo's fault, but.... oh well!
She is truly OVERRATED, IMO.
