Make sure that you rely on your VST Recruitment Consultant. She will have lots of good ideas for you. Also try to COB as much as possible. If every member can get one friend to pledge--poof--you have magically doubled your size!
Can you ask Alpha Alpha (UB) to come up and assist you with recruitment? They are only an hour and a half away.
