Years ago, I begged and bagged my parents to get a will. But they kinda rolled there eyes. My mom has a friend who is a lawyer and would draw up the paperwork for her. But I going to ask them again and stick with it. I know several family members that did not have wills and when they died, well lets just say the courts got involved.
