Have no clue
I kind of doubt that Gorgie Dubya Boosh (sic) was going to Liberia in a ploy to seek AfAm votes. No matter what the man does, he will never get more than 10 percent of the black vote, IMO, and especially after what happened in the Supreme Court and with Trent Lott, etc. And I post this as somebody who is a non-partisan and dislikes both parties.
