Atkins Diet
Okay GCers,
This past Monday I started the Atkins Diet and let's just say that today I almost went crazy! No fruit/fruit juice, no sugar, no bread, no potatoes, no rice, etc. I CAN'T TAKE IT!!!
Have any of you all tried Atkins? If so, how did it work for you? I've met people who have lost a lot of weight by doing this, but I think this might not be the route for me. Your thoughts?
