This is not "back in the day". If such forms of edited media are available now, why should we have to wait? If I talk to friends or co-workers or even get online on a message board such as this one and everyone is talking about current movies, what am I going to do, wait 2-3 years for the movie to premiere on network tv, then bring the thread back up?
My parents would like to stay current just like everyone else, simply without the bad elements of the movies being included. It is a long enough wait for them to come out on videos.. I mean really.
