Thanks for the props everyone. My VP said I should have a new boss in 3-6 months and I will be able to start over. And I told him what happened with my review, including that it is the worst I have received in eight years. But I was given no comfort. I have just given up putting my heart into the job. As far as I am concerned I am there to answer the phones. Lots of hanging out on GC during work hours nowadays
