The Promise Program is printed by Sigma Kappa National Sorority Headquarters for chapters of Sigma Kappa. So it would not be available to a local sorority. I think a local wouldn't be too interested in our history.
Putting together an educational program for your new members is a good idea though. It'll teach your history, what's expected of current members, and goals for the groups future.
