The job that I currently have, my team members and I mentor junior high school age girls in science and math. Since most women a re discouraged at a young age from those subjects, we help them to look for fields of interest in math and science. We talked about all the different kind of scientists and fields that they are in, as well as talked about the stereotypes of scientists and science, and how to break them down.
