Okay so I have seen James in REAL LIFE.
I have now seen both pictures that are being argued over.
The picture on yahoo (the infamous GC album pic) is NOT JAMES. The only thing that James and this dude have in common are being Asian and chubby, lol (sorry James but you were when we met). Besides, James is the color of hot sauce! 
As for the pic James sent out: while it is old and he weighed substantially more when we met, it appears to be him. People act like he sent out a picture of Tyson Backford or something, lol. No, the pic that I saw was him.
I have no stake in the situation other than thinking all the controversy is pretty pointless drama. Never underestimate the power of boredom, lol!
