Because she died not hurting others is besides the point. The argument here isn't that she differs from suicide bombers, but that she was forbidden to be there and took it upon herself to show off and try to make a statement.
In that way, she is quite similar to the terrorists in the territories over there: She created a deadly situation for an innocent person. Only ironic thing is that she was the innocent one being harmed. And trying to stop Israelis from bulldozing the houses of terrorists creates legitimacy for them as well.
Look, there is a right way and a wrong way to deal with every situation. Yes the cartoon was in poor taste, but it did say what we all know, how stupid one can get.
