I'm trying to see if I enjoyed your cynisism. I don't think I did. This is not a laughin' matter, nor is it something that should be taken lightly. People are sick in the minds. I'm blessed to have peace of mind...these budget cuts are affecting so many people-driving them to do things like this. Futhermore, that could have been you on that windshield.
