He's been there for at least a year now. Probably more. Rain or shine, you can bet the Naked Cowboy will be out there singing his "I'm the Naked Cowboy" song. If I remember correctly, he was on Total Request Live at one point....
He's actually really nice. He'll talk to you if you stop and say hi...and he always poses for pictures!
