This was a bit of a different situation. There was an inhouse legacy who's family moved out of state. She and the friend she was staying with the last two years of HS went through rush together. The sorority made a concession (according to the INHOUSE sister) and treated the friend as a sister of the sister's, sister.
So, the closest example would be like a step sister. Bottom line-both were offered bids.
