Wow! Sounds like you have alot going on next semster...being a recent NM (Spring 2003) and the NME for next semster, the best advice that I can give is have many chancces for all the NM to meet active sisters and bond with them. It makes a huge diffrence, even more so if they aren't that close with their big that they have a sister to go to! With historain, it's all about the pictures! I dont know how they do it at your school but by us the PNMs see the photo album of last semster!
