Yup, I did a thread on it:
DPhiE and DPhiE - same letters, entirely different organizations
dardenr , it looks like their name is Delta Phi Epsilon Professional Foreign Service
Fraternity (I believe they have co-ed membership, though), unless there is TWO of them out there (and therefore, THREE DPhiE's)...LOL, so confusing!
