I think that at birth I was separated from my real family cuz I LOVE me some cajun food!!!!! Its in my blood. I spend alot of time at Keesler, AFB in Biloxi MS because I'm in the National Guard and I go into food withdrawal when I come back home!!!! Soror do you cook cajun? If so I'll have to plan a trip with Soror CT4 and head to Hotlanta!!!!!

Giiiiiiiiiirl I can't cook to save my life , BUT luckily my mother just moved up here too, and she is a pro! The only thing that is holding her back though is the lack of good seafood up here to work with. She tried some shrimp creole one day and by the time she got finished, the shrimp were so little you couldn't find them in the sauce. I guess they were just puffed up with a LOT of water to make them seem bigger. I am already contemplating a quick trip home to get some fresh Tony's Seafood(the best bayou seafood in the WORLD).
