I've never walked into a goodwill/ERC store and noticed the racks were empty. They could probably do without GLO shirts just fine. Not exactly a staple of their existance.
If we want them to wear our shirts we could make them special for the homeless. Like "Sigma Nu gave me this shirt". Give them in exchange for advertising our philanthropies or other events.
(I'm kidding of course -- at least in the second paragraph).
