Maybe it's the lawyer in me, but what I picked up on was that the prophecy says that either Harry or HWMNBN will
kill the other. Harry asks, "so does this mean that either he will murder me, or I must murder him?" I'm thinking, "hmmm, 'kill' and 'murder'" are not the same thing." (And I'm betting JKR knows the difference.) The question now becomes not whether Harry will kill HWMNBN, but
how it will come about. And I'm betting Neville (bless him) will figure in.
