I have been using John Frieda's Frizz Ease since it first came about in the 90's and I absolutely love it. It adds moisture and shine to my hair without feeling greasy. It smoothes and always makes my do look more done. When I heard about his new line "Relax" a year ago, I bought the hair serum. It is absolutely the same things as Frizz Ease. I do not think that there is one iota of difference between the two. I'll buy whichever is cheaper. A little goes a long way so I haven't had to replace the bottle that I bought last year. When I do, I'll be getting whatever is on sale.
