No clue - I would assume the whole chapter. My aunt has a good friend who is an alumna of that chapter, I will have to ask next time I see her.

You can see the floor plans for our Delta Upsilon chapter's remodeling there. I personally am more of a sucker for houses like the ones at Wisconsin, Illinois, and Iowa - they seem more homey.
