I'm doing the low carb thing. It's hard as isht. It's easier when you have the Atkins bread (can have toast, sandwiches, French toast, burgers on a "bun"). I love to fry up hamburgers, I also eat lots of Oriental Chix salads, Chix Caeser salads, meat filled omelettes, etc. But, it's hard as hell. I have one "free" meal a day, and one cheat day a week so that I know I have SOMETHING to look forward to...
