Well, if you're looking for a college acceptance affirmative action policy that accepts a 2.0/1000 minority when the rest of the students have 3.5/1300 stats, I bet you'd be hard-pressed to find one. In most affirmative action cases, the minorities' stats are only slightly below the whites' (a 3.3 as opposed to the 3.5 or so, not a point and a half) or even with them. Like (I think it was) Honeykiss said, it's ridiculous to assume that the majority of people who benefit from AA are stupid, or way behind their white peers. Usually the differences in their statistics are pretty minimal.

I don't think most, if any, affimative action policies admit unqualified individuals on a regular basis. When whites contest affirmative action decisions, it just becomes a debate of "qualified" and "more qualified."
