The topics and posts on GC this week has been, in the words of Tom Pope, "off the da[r]n dial". Folk confessing to made up stories, prospectives throwing temper tantrums, and this ain't even addressing the Strom Thurmond debate that garned 80 posts in an 8 hour period.
WHAT THE BUMP IS GOING ON HERE?
*Doors open, Rain Man steps onto the Match Game/Greekchat set and the scene is total chaos. Panelists fighting; their faces a mess of Magic Marker marks, blue index cards flying everywhere, "magic toaster" going up and down like crazy, circles and triangles on the podiums light up erraticly, "Match Game" logo and Star Wheel are raised and lowered like out of control hydraulics on a '62 Impala.
Rain Man gives the "whatever" gesture with his hands, and exits the set and closes the doors to leave the participants to their melee.*
Delta mods (read: Kelli and CT4), I can hardly blame you for your decision seeing what has transpired over the past few days. I wonder, however, if this action might start flame war threads (based on the last thread of this nature).
Who wants to join me for some Banana Cruzan Rum and Vanilla Coke *RM pours some Coke in a plastic cup and adds a "smidgen" of rum.*
