I agree with the part about them needing to learn to respect hip-hop. They believe that since they got on with Diddy that it was straight to the top. WRONG!
However, I can see where Diddy was coming from by assuming that none of them had ever been through things. They were all putting it out there that they were above it all. To say that Chopper and Fred were from the hood in their respective cities, and that Ness had been homeless, they didn't have that "Will Work For Food" attitude that most people that need something have. They were all out there like "OK, we made the band. You owe us something." Did they forget that
Diddy was the one that made the band? Therefore, he doesn't have to keep the band. He runs the band the way that he sees fit. They need to respect that. They needed to be grounded. They just had the stars in they eyes and all the glitz and glamour that Bad Boy has to offer on their mind. Diddy broke them down quick!
