The first Canadian NPC sorority in Canada was Kappa Alpha Theta at U of T. It's now closed. The oldest STILL RUNNING sorority chapter is Alpha Phi, at U of T (but of course! )
Go to www.canadiangreeks.com to look up the dates, cuz I am lazy and Shala did all the research for you already for this website!

DG has only ever had "one male initiate" and that was Georga Banta (he is/was a Phi Delta Theta, now deceased)

Ah, but Tri Sigma spans from Alaska to Mannheim, Germany (they have a chapter at U of Maryland's Mannheim, Germany campus...true story!) Both are impressive spans, though!

I believe it was Kappa Alpha Theta (1870). Alpha Phi (1872)
