"WHY IN THE HELL did the democraps get it in there that people who DO NOT pay taxes should still get a refund?? I mean, if I walk up to the returns line at Wal-Mart and there are 10 people ahead of me with shirts that they bought and are now returning, should I really expect to walk up there with NO shirt to return and say "I would still like some money back" -- "


This is a very interesting way of looking at it. I never thought of using this analogy before. I haven't listened to any debate by the lawmakers on the subject recently. Were they perhaps trying to mean that the sales taxes that are paid in throughout the year are where the refund is coming from for those who do not pay income taxes?
