So, let me get this straight. The rules are only there for when it is convenient for you? Sounds like a democrat.
(Example: FDR wanted his new deal. The Supreme Court ruled huge portions of it unconstitutional. Instead of changing the new deal, he tried to stack the court with liberal judges.)
