yep. i think this especially happens as an undergraduate. you are with a large group of women, you are all trying study, find out who you are, grow into a leadership style, and a zillion other things. the end of a semester is always difficult. people are trying to catch up on all of the studying they didn't do for the past 3 months...and there are always a ton of sorority related things that need to get done. the end of spring semester is also tough. seniors are barely there (even if their bodies are there, their minds aren't) and this causes conflict with the other members. people you really care about are moving to other cities, etc. hang in there. these feelings are completely natural. and they are not only phi mu related...lol. by the time the summer is over, you will be all gung ho for phi mu!
