yeah we did a retreat last semester, and we are planning on doing one like the 2nd day of school this year, but our nationals really helps us out with it, and sends us a rep to make sure things are ok and tell us where we are lacking. Maybe you can contact your nationals and find out if there is a rep that can help you ???
