Not anymore....
Pan Hel got together and mounted a united front about pranks or "raids". Since some jackasses way getting way out-of-hand a zero tolerance policy has been adopted. For instance if we pulled a prank on say Tri-Delt then according to the new rules they could follow any or all of the following three routes: 1) contact our IHQ, 2) contact our Alumni Advisor, or 3) contact the police.
While I felt the pranks and raids were all in good fun, I had to agree with the girls that shit was way out of hand.
