I agree, the sorority should note this woman's time and dedication to it and should definitely give her a break. If it really believes that they're "sisters for life" then it should not be telling one of its members that she's going to be kicked out if she can't pay. That makes the sorority look snobby and shallow, and gives Greek life a bad name.
