I thought about closing and/or deleting this thread, but this is a good "lesson" type of thread.

I'm not shocked by this revelation. It wasn't a secret that you were sitting on the fence between AKA & Delta, which is fine; you just didn't do a really good job of being discrete. I really don't understand how anyone who has been around either board for over a year wouldn't know that we're not coming off any information regarding our intake processes. Not because we want to be difficult, but because we have rules we have to follow. It's been that way for a little over 2 years. But hey, folks are gonna try & see what they can get. *shrug*

The funny part in all this is, all you have to do to get information that's going to help you in your quest is to get to know folks & be truthful about who you are. If you talk to me and get to know me and I get to know you and I feel like you'd be an asset to Delta, I'll help you out where I can. I'm willing to be my Sorors and Sister-Sorors feel the same. But if you feel you need to lie and stretch the truth to get people to like you, and become INDIGNANT and UGLY when the answers you get aren't the ones you wanted, then you have some issues that you need to address BEFORE you step to a sorority for membership. Becoming a member isn't going to change your issues.
