Soror AKA2D'91, I did a search and didn't come up with anything. Please forgive me if this is a duplicate.

I've been exchanging emails with a guy from BP. After months of exchange, he gave me his phone number. I called, and we have lots in common. We're in the same city and attend the same church. (I did do a little test to make sure he wasn't lying!) Anyway, he is very intelligent and seems really nice.

Well, my question is: My line sister thinks that I am totally OUT OF MY MIND to even consider meeting this guy somewhere. She says that he could be a weirdo. I told her that it is no different than meeting someone in class, the mall, or at the club. I assured her that I'll meet him in a public place, but she still thinks I'm crazy. What do you all think? Would you do it?
