I did actually rush my freshman year but not till about a month in a half into school...I was bored one night...and adpi was having a cor event so I decided to go...by the end of the weekend I was going through alpha ceremony...But anyways...because that fall had such a small class from formal recruitment, it was decided to actually hold them back a few weeks and take the many girls that they were getting through cor and take everyone through at once...so in the end I was initiated with 13 other women...But we were not initiated till November cause of when people all joined and what not...but it worked out for the better...

I also know what you mean about knowing everyone in your chapter well...I look at my chapter which generally now sits around 50 members and I can tell you so much about each of them now...Which in turn actually can be a great selling point for our chapter during formal recruitment...
