I absolutely agree with this. As long as the focus is alcohol, and risk managment measures are not taken, it will continue to happen. I'm not saying this only happens at parties, it happens to people who drink with their friends, people who drink at the bar, anywhere. But if it's a safe environment with people waching out for you, and not making alcohol the center of it all, maybe thisng like this would happen less.

I know people all over my campus and other campuses (UW) in the state that do this. (This is not an every day occurance, and people cut you off at a certain point) Are these the only places this happens?
