the D-A-M-N Emergency Alert System in Charlotte, NORTH CAROLINA that keeps interrupting my TV programs for a BS FLASH FLOOD ANNOUNCEMENT that is happening in other counties. There is not ONE DROP OF FREAKING RAIN in my eyesight!!!!
