A really fun book to read on a plane ride is "Franco American Dreams," but I'm not sure of the author. It's about a girl named Abbie and her perils w/ dating loser-type-but-really-hot guys. She's an aspiring fashion designer at a school in Dallas, TX, and it talks about her nights out w/ her friends, etc. It's really cute, and really funny. It's written *almost* in diary-type form but it's not like "January 1, 2003: I did this, this, this, and this." I loved it.
