Sorry, I guess I assumed your chapter was Nu Phi Mu because it is a college chapter. I think an advisor could still offer ROJ chapters much need ed help/advice. I would still contact International and see what they can offer you.
One suggestion, place a small ad in the city paper for interested BSP sister or sisters. There may be a sisters or sisters living in your town who don't know about your BSP chapter. I know where I live, BSP doesn't get ANY publicity and BSP sisters moving into town don't know how to get in touch with an established chapter or other sisters. Your ad may find a sister ---even an older sister---interested in joining! Maybe one interested in serving as advisor to your chapter.
I hope your chapter is successful---BSP needs younger girls to continue!
