Did you really just write that? Putting "no offense" after what you just wrote does not take away from the fact that you made a rude comment.
That's just like if I said "Not to be a bitch or anything, but I think XXXX is so ugly." Just because I put a disclaimer, doesn't make it NOT rude or right for that matter.
And if we were "supposed" to say his name like that, why didn't he spell it that way then? Are we just supposed to "know" that automatically?
