Problem solved in the Search for WMD
Tony Blair has just announced that he is sending the people who chose Liverpool to be the European City of Culture, out to Iraq.
The theory is that if they can find Culture in Liverpool then Weapons of Mass Destruction in Iraq will be a piece of cake.
