If this question is not appropriate please let me know. I know that the NPHC has abolished hazing,and pledging. For as long I can remember that was considered a normal voyage in to Greekhood with fraternities and sororities. And that it was meant to create bonds of brothers and sisters. Unfortunately some individuals in various organization took things too far. Thus leading to the abolishment of "pledging & hazing". Has this been a challenge for you and your sisters in developing intake processes?
